Won by ton lengths, twenty lengths betvecen second and third.. Rimutaka —Afterglow 1, War March 2, Risiugham 3. Scratched: Wapping, Eleus, Tigritya and Polynesian. Won by two lengths, three lengths between second and third.
Taita Handicap.—Lady Ball 1. Parorangi 2, Murihiku 3. Scr: Lalla Rook, Neglige. Russett, Iseus, Rose Wreath. Won by a head, two lengths between second and third.
