The Red Cross committee of the Otaihape Club’s Labour Day effort have received very generous offers ot assistance from Messrs, P, E. Wakeman and W. J Jorgensen. The billeting of the members of the Queen Alexandra Band and concert party presented somewhat of a difficulty to the committee, but this has been completely "removed by the offer of these gentlemen to accommodate the visitors at their own expense during the visit; of the Band and artists to Tlalhape. The committee are very gratefulfor the asistance of Messrs Wakeman and Jorgensen, which represents Ineffect a very handsome donation tothe Red Cross funds.
