Commenting on the PannGerman anti-government campaign, “Vorwaerts” declares the Pan-Germans are planning a coup de main with a view of overthrowing the government and the Reichstag, and (establishing a dictatorship with which to continue the war. ABDICATION DEMANDED OP KAISER AND SON! Received noon. BERNE, Oct 15. The Socialist Congress at Munich unanimously demanded the Kaiser and Crown Prince's abdication.
