GERMAN DISCIPLINE ON THE WANE.
LONDON, October 10. The United Press states that a captured telegram to tie General Staff of the Ninth Corps from the Kaiser’s Adjutant-General says His Majesty is displeased to notice tbta when passing villages, along the roads, and at railway crossings, the troops failed to pay the necessary respect, and the inhabitants do not greet him in the proper manner by removing their headgear. The staff was ordered that this must be seen to.
