TURKISH PEACE NOTE.
SETTLEMENT ON ALLIES' OWN TERMS. LONDON, October 10. Turkey has dispatched a Peace Nota to the Allies through Spain. It is reported that the Turks will make peace with the Allies on their own terms. TURKISH PEACE MINISTRY PARIS, October 10. Rcchid Pasha becomes Turkish Minister for Foreign Affairs. There are no Young Turks in the new Cabinet, whish has been named the Peace Ministry.
