RUSSIA.
BREST-LITOVSK TREATY. DENOUNCED BY RUSSIA. AMSTERDAM, Oct 7. The "Wiener Journal" reports that Russia has notified the Turkish Government that the Brest Litovsk treatyis null and void in consequence of the occupation of certain districts by Tux-; key in contravention of the agree-; ment. The "Vorwaerts" declares that the annulment of the treaty means a resumption of the war against Turkey and also against eGrmany, if the latter assists her ally.
