The upset rental of each allotmeh has been fixed at £ls each, and th( valuation for improvement on Lot 2 is £55. No Tender will be considered below the upset rental and in respect of Lot 2, which does not also contain an offer of at least the amount as Valuation for improvement fixed. Tenders, -which close on 17th October at 4 p.m., should be addressed to the undersigned and marked "Tender for Lease."
