RETURNED SOLDIERS' BALL.

All arrangements in connection with the Returned Soldiers’ Ball, which Js to be held in the Town Hall to-mor-row night are completed. Mr. Beilin’s well known and popular orchestra has been secured, and dancers can depend on this portion of the function being of the Best. The ladies of the town and district have the supper arrangements in hand, and there is not the slightest doubt their efforts will be worthy of the occasion. The floor will receive the attention of the returned men themselves, and no more need be said on that score. This will be the last function of the kind initiated by the returned soldiers this season, and it is desired to make it the most successful. Already a considerable number of tickets have been sold. Those who have not already secured them may obtain them on application to the committee, or to Mr. M. McLaughlan, the secretary.
