NAVAL SUCCESS.
ALLIES DESTROY DURAZZO. ' ROME, October 3. Signof Orlando tannounced that American B'ritish and Italian warships destroyed Durazzo naval base also warships anchored there. (Durazzo, a port of Albania in the Adriatic which Austria occupied as a naval base. It is 60 miles south of Scutari.)
