PURSUANT to the provisions of Section 138 of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1905," Public Notice is hereby given that the Taihape Borough Council invites tenders for the purchase of the Lease' of the undermentioned allotments: LOT I.—Being part Sec. 7 Blk. VII, containing approximately 27.3 poles. LOT ll.—Being part Sec. 7, Blk. VII, Kuku Street, Taihape; containing approximately 25.7 poles. The upset rental of each allotment has been fixed at £ls each, and the valuation for improvement on Lot 2 is £55. No Tender will be considered below the upset rental and in respect of Lot 2, which does not also contain an offer of at least the amount as: Valuation for improvement fixed. Tenders, which close on 17th October at 4 p.m., should be addressed to the undersigned and marked "Tender for Lease."
