NEW REGULATIONS. ! WELLINGTON, this day.. A Gazette Extraordinary the decision of the Government under the War Regulations, to operate from Ist October, restricting licenses, of meat export slaughterhouses. The regulation provides it shall be unlawful to fellmonger any sheep skins other than skins of sheep slaughtered on the premises, except by the consent of the Controller of the Imperial Government Supplies.
