KILLING SUBMARINE COM- : j MANDERS. AMSTERDAM, Sept 9. A semi-official Berlin message denies the British list of 150 submarine commanders captured. It states that the list contains mistakes and is only intended to produce a crushing effect in Germany. The message adds: More submarines are being built than are being destroyed, (A few days ago a British ouiCial message recounted that 150 submar ine commanders had been killed.)
