PARIS, September 8. There were devout celebrations today on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of the Battle of the Marne. They included a pilgrimage to Meaux, were wreaths were laid on the graves of the French, British and American dead. The French liberation from the recent danger was simultaneously celebrated.
