PICTURES AS PROPAGANDA.
Received 11.5 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 1. Mr Massey, in an article in the "Weekly Despatch, advocates the increased use of the cinema film as an educative influence and means of spreading knoweldge between the various parts of the Empire of each other’s concerns, manufactures, and products. He intends to see British films and get every chance of them reaching New Zealand.
