TO BE MADE SIX WEEKS AFTER. DELIVERY, AUCKLAND, Sept 1. A cable was received from Sir Joseph Ward a few days ago advising that the Home Treasury had agreed to pay 75 per cent on all meat after three months in store. The Hon, 'Arthur Myers, Acting Minister of Finance, Informed a representative of the “Auckland, Star” yesterday that he had just received a further cable from Sir JosepE Ward, intimating that he had arranged with the Home Treasury for 75 per cent of advances' to be made against meat six weeks after delivery in store instead of three “This information,” remarked Mr. Myers, “will be received with much appreciation by all those interested.”'
