SOLVED AT MOTUROA WORKS. HIGH QUALITY IRON PRODUCED. NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. The iron smelting works at Moturoa, which closed down some months ago, for reconstruction of furnace, etc., on improved linejs, resumed on Friday, and is now turning out excellent grey iron of uniform quality. The impossibility of obtaining coal supplies prevents continues working beyond the end of this week, but tne metallurgical problem is regarded as definitely solved, and the iron <utur«j assured.
