'All the luggage .was piled' in a "motor car he had brought with him ;ancl the'men were marched'off to,-the railway station', but oh. the. way the sergeant and the luggage car disappeared. 'Whe~ the detachment arrived at the station without its "leader the commissary, having no orders for a train, sent ah officer back to "camp with the men and opened an inquiry. The impostor and his accomplices were quickly discovered, and are now awaiting trial.
