HUNS’ RUSSIAN SLAVES.

Although, tens of thousands of German "prisoners'' in Eussia are at liberty, and many of them have returned/ to Germany, the Eussian prisoners in Germany are' still in bondage—most of j them at work on the Hun > harvest. Questioned in the Reichstag on this j anomalous state of affairs the War Office said that German prisoners gained their liberty in Russia because "starvation" had "driven them, out of their camps," and because the Bolshevik regime had not been able to prevent their escaping across the frontier into Germany. It*.was indignantly denied that German prisoners enjoyed any privileges at the hands of the Bolshevik Government.
