George Fitzgerald, assaulting a constable, ordered to come up for sentence if called upon Accused is a member of the 44th Reinforcements. Harry Ernest Williams, a Norfolk Islander, for carnally knowing a young girl, four years' hard labour on each of three charges, sentences to be concurrent, and an additional year on a further count; he was also declared a habitual criminal.
