GERMANY’S INTERNAL TROUBLES. WORKING CLASS DISCONTENT. LONDON, August 20. The Central News’ Hague correspondent states that German working class discontent is seriously increasing. An agitator named Drecsc, a friend of the Bolshevik Joffe, has formed a workers’ and soldiers’ association. MILITARY IDOLS FALLING ROME, August 20. The “Giornale d’ltalia” says do-! faction is progressing alarmingly in Germany. The popularity of the military idols is disappearing. The change from the truculent spirit of last March is almost incredible.
