The Chief Justice gave a declaratory judgment in the Supreme Court on Wednesday ordering the forfeiture of the fee-simple of a parcel of land held by :ivn unnaturalised German. The Solicitor-General said the case was regarded as important, as the decision meant that the Government could not permit the holding of land by an unnaturalised German.
