SOCIAL HYGIENE* WORK IN FOUR CENTRES. The Minister for Public Health, speaking in Wcllinton in regard to the Social Hygiene Act, stated that for th« ! present only women patrols would be appointed. The Minister added that it is intended to convene public meetings soon for the purpose of establishing social hygiene associations in tbe four centres, where the Act is to be brought into operation. The executive will act in a general way in collecting information that may be of service to district health officers and to health patrols. The patrols will be permitted to attend meetings of the executives, but will not be allowed to give any information to anyone except district health officers, who will have I the administration of the Act in their | hands.
