SWEDEN.

SWEDISH PRO-GERMANISM. Received 11.25 a.m. LONDON, August 15, Newspapers seriously draw attend tion to the partiality of the Swedish administration of justice respecting war articles. The Swedish Press and pro-Germ&n papers have published scurrilous attacks on England, one describing her as a shameless robber, stripping her victims, and trampling on treaties and oaths, and guilty of > the basest hypocrisy; also applauding the German battle-cry “Gott strafe England!” The courts have insisted there are no means of punishing the insults. On the other hand a newspaper denouncing the Brest Litovsk Treaty was heavily fined.
