Employers of labour are hereby warned against employing Jugo-Slavs or other Alien enemies or alien Reservists (whether on contract or otherwise) without the approval of the undersigned; and all employers who now have such persons in their employment are required to furnish to the undersigned, by not later than the 15th day of August, 1918, a list of all such persons, together with a statement of the date they entered their employment, and rate of ,wage? being paid them.
