EMPIRE’S RAW MATERIALS.
LONDON, July 29. It is understood the Imperial Conference’s discussion on Empire shipping communications w.as based on Mr Massey’s resolutions. It is believed that after the investigation B'oard has completed enquiries, it will result in a better and more regular shipments of the Empire’s raw materials to the various and that it will also place on a parity the more distant outposts with those more fortunately situated geographically to the chief markets, possibly by means of State assistance.
