GERMANY'S TROUBLES.
THE KAISER AND HINDENBURG LONDON, July 29. The "Daily Express's" Amsterdam correspondent says: The Kaiser at headquarters, speaking to Karl Bohner. said: "The worst days of the war are still in store for .Germany." ffindenburg said: "Tell our impatient people they must learn to wait. Good preparation i»: half the victory. We arc not working with machines, but with German blood, which we must ! spare for after the war. We need time to catsh' our breath between each fight." Hindenburg'g belated effort has put aside the German high command's notion of "cannon-fodder," and aroused amused comment. AMSTERDAM, July 29. A Berlin official message states: Hindenburg is in excellent health.
