ITALIAN REPORT Received 10.10 LONDON, July 17. ■ A British-Italian messages states; — The Northumberlands successfully raided positions southward of Asiago. We destroyed 35 aeroplanes on the 14th and 15th July. One British is mising. AUSTRIAN COMMUNIQUE Received 10.55 LuNBON, July 17. An Austrian official message states —We repulsed powerful Italian assaults at Monte Pertica and Salaroia, with the heaviest enemy losses.

Italian official —We gained ground in the northern region of Grappa. The Italian and Allied aircraft are very active.
