They declare that the military party's dictatorship is now apparent to the whole German people. Members in the Reichstag threaten fiercely to oppose the military policy. VON HINTZE TO SUPPORT THE MILITARISTS. AMSTERDAM, July 11. The Berlin Press publishes inspired assurances that Von Kuhlmann's fall will not involve a change in policy. The newspaper "Germania" states that Hertling is convinced that Von Hintze will loyally support the existing policy.
