ANTI SINN FEIN ORDER.

The anti-Sinn Fein proclamation Is being enforced with daily-increasing strictness. Even football is prohibited unless licensed. While two policemen were motoring from Coolea, County Cork, following Sinn Feiners, one was shot in the neck and the other had his arm broken, while the motor was flung over the cliffs and the policemen’s rifles were stolen.
ENGLISHMEN ANGERED BY YOUNG IRISHMEN.

Ireland’s immunity from conscription is having "a serious effect on the hiring of harvest labour in the North of England.: : At hiring fairs strong young Irishmen were taunted with failing to do their duty. This led to frays between them and farmers at vario/us places, ’necessitating 'ipolifee intervention. Englishmen arc disgusted that young Irishmen should be allowed to come to England and claim big wages in place of elderly Englishmen who are called to the army.
