One of the largest and most en* thusiastic meetings held in (Jlsborne was addressed by the Mayor, F, D* Bedford, President of the Returned Soldiers’ Association, and Sir James Carroll. The meeting passed a resolution calling on the Government to intern all enemy aliens without exception during the period of the war, and further, that all persons born of enemy and alien parents, who are at present holding positions in the Dominion enabling them to acquire know* ledge, the possesion of which would be cf value in any way to the enemy, be at once removed from these positions.
