EVER-GROWING CERTITUDE. LONDON, June 28. ■Mr. Winston Churchill, in the course 0f,.. a speech at the dinner in celebration of the anniversary of the entry c* Greece into the war, said that Russia was not dead, and would never die. All the jack-booters in Potsdam would not trample out the soul of Russia. American armies were pouring into France •and Italy had gained a decisive victory over the whole "remaining Austrian military power. Despite her victories, Germany was downcast; despite disappointments ,our hearts were as stout as ever. We saw, with evergrowing certitude, the approach of ultimate victory.
