NEW LABOUR PARTY FORMED. OPPOSED TO PACIFICISM. Received 8.55 a.m. LONDON, June 30. Two hundred delegates at Caxton Hall resolved on the formation of a district Labour Party. The chairman disclosed the object of the party was to oppose pacifism among Labourites, though not hostile to the Trade Union Congress, Mr. Havelock Wilson said the gathering did not Include blacklegs or Borshevists, nor would any Kerensky dramatically appear on the platform.
