The “Morning Post’s” Stockholm correspondent states that a Swedish editor returned from Petrograci says that German occupation of the city is expected unless forestalled by the Czecho-Slovaks, who have alreadymustered a hundred thousand welldisciplined troops. The Vossische Zeitung has announced that the Constitutional Democratic leader Miliukoff, formerly Foreign Minister, and the Octobrist' leader Gutchkoff, have arrived at Harbin and placed themselves at the head of the counter-revolutionary movement. The Harbin correspondent confirms the statement that German and Austrian ox-prisoners have occupied Irkutsk.
