OBITUARY
DEATH OF MR. KERR, S.M. NAPIER, this day. Obituary: W. Kerr, S.M., recently appointed here. He was taken seriously ill and died in a private hospital. He was admitted a barrister at Napier, and subsequently practiced in various pare of the Dominion. He was for many years Crown Prosecutor-a% New Plymouth. Aged 63.
