STRIKE SITUATION SERIOUS. Received 9.10 a.m. ZURICH, June 21. -The strike .situation is serious at Prague and Brunn, and throughout Galicia and Bohemia. "PEACE AND BREAD." RIOTS IN VIENNA. Received 8.45 a.m. ZURICH, June 22. There are serious food riots in Vienna. Many shops have been pillaged. Fifty thousand persons marched in a procession through the streets demanding peace and bread. The police dispersed them. BREAD RATION REDUCED. SUPPLIES ALMOST EXHAUSTED. Hceeived 10.55 a.m. WASHINGTON, June 21 Advices from Zurich report that the Austrian Government has reduced the daily ration of bread to ninety grains. The food Minister explained that this action was unavoidable because the supplies were practically exhausted, except from Bessarabia, where only the scantiest supplies were available.
