JAPANESE INTERVENTION IMPROBABLE. Received 10.55 a.m. TOKIO, June 21 It is Teliably stated that Japanese intervention in Russia is improbable unless endorsed by America. It is believed that Britain, Italy and France are urging the United States to support the intervention. OFFICERS TO REJOIN THEIR UNITS. Received 8.45 a.m. AMSTERDAM, June 21. Berlin reports that the Russian Government has ordered all army officers to rejoin their units.
