Won by a head. Petane Steeples.—Yellow and Black 1, Torchy 2, Bollin 3. Scr; Expedition, Forum. W’on by three lengths. ' Stewards- —Lady Louisa 1. Heiro 2, Detroit 3. Scr: Cleft. Orleans, King Chiara, Movement, The Summit, and Persian Prince. Won by a neck. Napier Steeples.—Collector 1, Bxae-i burn 2, Record 3. Scr; Master Timi, Sandy Paul. Merry Jack. Won easily.' Braeburn dropped dead after the race.
