IRISH AFFAIRS.
PROCESSIONS PROHIBITED IN DUBLIN. Received 8.45 a.m. LONDON, June 15. A proclamation prohibits public meetings and processions in Dublin. Two men, hiding behind a fence, fired on two constables patrolling at night in the vicinity of Ballymote.
