GERMANS TO BE DEPORTED. TOKIO, June 8. The chief reason why Japan asked China to expel Germans is that German consuls and others are indulging in anti-lllied propaganda. The recent Japano-Chinese treaty forces the Chinese to deal with the matter. OTTAWA, June S.
