A QUESTION OF LICENSES. Received 10.5 a.m. LONDON, June 8, Mr. McCall, on behalf of the AgentsGeneral, approached the Hon. Watler Long to secure an alteration of the Emigration Bill. He thought it unnecessary for the Agents-General to take out passenger licenses. The Agents-General offer to vouch for thteir own employees, and if outsiders are employed they will all be licensed brokers. - . \i
