"NO VICTORY WILL BRING PEACE.'' COPENHAGEN, June 5. The Austrian Socialist Con.oress issued a proclamation warning the Government of the danger of workingclass excitement, which would be heightened if the food supplies did not Improve and the people got the impression that the Central Powers were fighting for Imperialistic aims. The Socialist paper "Arbeiter Zeitung" states that when the sanguinary battle on the western front' has concluded it will convince the people that no victory will bring peace.
