COLONIAL SOLDIERS' REPATRIATION. MUST BE INCLUDED IN GOVERNMENT SCHEME. Received 9 a.m. LONDON, May 30. The Colonial Institute by a large majority, passed Lord Brassey’s motion (cabled on May 13). Mr. Hamar Greenwood said the Dominions’ prisoners must be Included in the coming negotiations and treated on the same basis as the British. The Government had hitherto failed to appreciate the depth of feeling throughout the Empire on this question.
