' * Charles Rangi Phillips, charged with burglary at Waitotara, was acquitted. The charge of manslaughter against John Robertson is proceeding. The charge arises over the cause of death’ of Peter Larsen, at a contractor’s camp at Ivarioi in February last. The’ evidence is similar to that given in the lower Court.
