The Daily Chronicle’s Geneva correspondent reports it is understood that Germany contemplates the re-estab-lishment of the Romanoff dynasty at Kieff, though a Romanoff will not be alowed to rule from Moscow, as the existence of rival monarchs in Russia would suit Germany better. Several well-known monarchists have recently been added to the Ukraine Government. A COUNTER-REVOLUTIONARY MOVEMENT. FIGHTING IN SIBERIA.
