NATIONAL DAIRY SHOW.
As the date of closing of entries 1 draws near—viz, Ist June, we again wish to draw the attention of our readers to the fact that prize schedules may be obtained from the Secretary, P.O. Box 85, Palmerston North. Owing to the constant increase in expenses of all kinds the Committee has at last been compelled to make an adjustment in the charges for entrance at the gates. For the last three days of the Show between the hours "Of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., the charge for adults will be 1/6, all other times the charge will be as before. Many enquiries as to whether the Wanganui-Te Aute College football matches are to be played can be answered in the affirmative. All things being equal, the teams will again meet on Wednesday, 19th June (second day). Preparations for the Show are proceeding apace. Applications for space allotments as usual being very numerous. Considerable interest is also being evinced in the sheep dog trials. Everything points to another successful show.
