KING' S TECE ATKB, cj A I The star. ..picture, "Sowers and Reapers," to be shown at the King's to-night is a. Metro production, and !s so good and so. ■ extremely attractive that it might well be termed a superfeature, although released on an ordinary programme. The film is in six parts, and presents a star who is rapidly climbing to the top, both, in ability and in the affection of picture patrons, Emmy Welilem There is a strong appeal in the*. "Sowers and Reapers," especially to parents. The play moreover is clean, wholesome, and full of action, and should appeal to all classes of the community. There is a naturalness and charm about this picture that is all too rare in modern productions, much of this result is brought. about, not only by the excellence of the story but by the acting of the principals. None of the work seems to be acting—the portrayals are clean cut, forceful, artistic and always perfectly natural, this being particularly true of Miss Emmy Wehlen. As usual with Metro productions the play is lavishly mounted, beautiful and effective scenes being used to the greatest advantage. No. 2 of the Rex Beach travel film, Gazette, and the fifteenth episode of the "Iron Claw" will also be shown.

EVERYBODY'S. At"' Everybody's to-night will be shown "Her Double Life," a drama with, a powerful plot, finely worked out. * Theda Bara fills the principal character with distinction. The finished acting of this clever artist as Cigarette in "Under Two Flags" on Saturday night will still be fresh in the minds of our readers, and when we say she is just as successful in "Her Double Life." we have mentioned tall the commendation that is necessary. The part Theda Bara takes is as widely opposite to that of Cigarette as it is possible to conceive, but her interpretation is most convincing. The climax is worked up to with great skill, and the ending is most satisfactory. The supporting pictures on to-night's programme are also good. By special request "The Spy" will,be screened again in addition to the usual full programme.
