Japanse warships were on May 3rd escorting Allied whereof one was torpedoed. ATI Hands were saved. NO CHANGE AT ZEEBRUGGE. GERMAN CRAFT IMMOBILISED. LONDON, May 20. The Admiralty reports that since April 23rd there has been no change on the Zeebrugge-Bruges Canal. The majority of the Flanders submarine and torpedo craft have been immobilised at Bruges. r
