The Primate added: “May God mercifully forgive our misguided fellowcountrymen, whose abstinence from service will ever constitute the darkest blot on the tragic page of Irish history.” DUBLIN’S MAYOR GETS HIS PASSPORTS. Received 11.5 a.m. LONDON, May 15. The Lord Mayor of Dublin has received his passports to enable him to visit America to explain the Irish attitude on conscription.
