The “Yorwaerts” publishes Ukrainian official messages stating that on the afternoon of the 26th April, German soldiers entered the Rada at Kieff, ordered the members to “hands up,” assaulted the President, and illtreated others for • protesting against the outrage. The soldiers occupied the Rada for four hours and seized documents.
