AUSTRIA HEADING FOR DISASTER Received 11.15 a.m. LONDON, May 9. The Daily Chronicle’s Amsterdam correspondent says German papers dedare that Austria is heading for disaster owing to the southern Slav menace. The latest proposal is to separate Bosnia, Herzegovina, and Dalmatia from Austria and add them to Hungary in order to compensate her in view of the Austrian settlement of the Polish question', whereby Austria and Hungary become a triple monarchy.
